Design
From your initial idea we provide you with initial designs and an outline quotation for the preferred option. Once agreed, we develop detail design / drawings using CAD - Computer Aided Design for planning or your build.

JOHNSTRUCT build agricultural, commercial and industrial buildings. We can undertake anything from the demolition of existing buildings (including Asbestos), re-cladding of existing buildings through to clearing and preparing a >10,000m2 green field site to then install your shiny new Agricultural or Commercial building.
Our buildings are CE marked, manufactured in the UK & designed to the relevant CE & EN standards. We use high quality materials and finishes that have an extended design life.
All our buildings can be customised to suit our customers requirements / specification needs.
NEW for JUNE 2020 - We can now survey your building, roof / valley gutters etc. using our drone (we're BMFA Insured and CAA trained / certified).. ++ We are now offering time lapse video of some of our projects.
Experienced team
We only use well-known (to us) and established teams. Our reliable & dedicated teams have repeatedly provided our customers with a high quality of service and finish. We use a handful of tried & tested steel erectors for ALL of our buildings.
Our core supplier base covers all of the common trades, however through our experience we can source most services to achieve our customers specification needs - We can provide everything from specialist Asbestos containing material removal services, general building works, Energy Performance Certificates, painting and decorating right through to Zebra enclosures!
What our clients say
We had a number of company's quote for a 11,000 sq. ft grain store and insulated lean-to (with office mezzanine) in 2019. We liked the service and attention to detail that we received from Mark @ JOHNSTRUCT at that time. Their price was extremely competitive. Despite the weather trying its best to make life difficult during the ground works in winter 2019/20, the building went up on time and on budget. JOHNSTRUCT Ltd. installed a large concrete yard area as well as all the drainage. They undertook many extra's and alterations at our request, some quite late in the day.. Even after monsoon weather in May the drainage worked amazingly. From the building, power floated concrete floors through to the finishing touches and Roller Shutter door guys, we're really pleased with the finished project - completed June 2020. We would not have any hesitation recommending Mark and the JOHNSTRUCT team for your building etc. and we'll definitely be using them for any projects in the future.

We requested a quotation to re-clad a grain store that Richard put up in 1981! It had succumbed to many years of being battered by the elements and us on the farm! Mark came back to me within a few hours of my query with a copy of the original drawings. Mark provided a detailed quotation (with future proofing options) within a few days. We had JOHNSTRUCT completely refurbish an old concrete framed barn in January 2019 - They had to lower the internal floor level, put in ducting and new external drainage and finished the whole job to time and on budget. You would not recognise the building now - it looks brand new. Although Richard sadly passed away during our project we're absolutely certain that he'd be proud of the finished product. I'm very happy with the service and the end product provided and will be back to see JOHNSTRUCT Ltd. for our next project.
